How often do you check my monitors? +
It depends on your plan. Free plans are checked every 3 minutes. Pro plans are checked every 1 minute, and Enterprise plans are checked every 30 seconds.
What types of monitors do you support? +
We support HTTP/HTTPS (websites & APIs), Ping (servers & devices), Port (TCP/UDP), and Discord Bot monitoring.
Can I monitor private/local servers? +
Currently, our monitoring agents are public. Your server needs to be accessible from the internet (allowlisting our IPs) to be monitored.
Do you offer a free trial? +
Yes! You can start with our generous Free plan forever. If you need more power, you can upgrade to Pro or Enterprise at any time.
How do I get notified when a service goes down? +
We support multiple notification channels including Email, Discord, Slack, Telegram, and Webhooks. You can configure different notification policies for different monitors.
Can I invite my team members? +
Yes, team collaboration is available on our Enterprise plans. You can invite members and manage their permissions.
Do you provide public status pages? +
Absolutely! You can create beautiful, branded public status pages to showcase your uptime to your users. Custom domains are supported on paid plans.
